I didn't get to use their service. The lady was very rude over the phone. All I wanted was an appointment. Informed her that I have already brought my mom's cat to another vet and told her the price of the treatment that was required by the other place. The cat was also gotten a shot to help the treatment. I am okay with the payment to get an estimate but when I asked at most for that type of treatment how much it will be because the whole point of me trying to find another place is for the price; she has gotten more sour and made me decide to look for other places.
Dr. Samuel and associates are fabulous! Always caring and compassionate. They have been caring for our kitties for years, and always willing to answer questions. Very professional.
My husband and I decided to have our 16 year old dog euthanized at home. We called Dr. Samuels and his wife and arranged for them to come to our home. Given we had never used them, I didn't know what to expect. The day finally came for them to arrive. I can honestly say they were both so compassionate and caring. Dr. Samuels explained the process while his wife assured us we were doing the right thing. I never felt rushed in the process and they allowed us to take as much time with our dog as we needed to say good bye. I regret I didn't use them as our vet all along.
We really like the convenience of house calls, too. Much less stress on our pets.
Staff is rude! Lower prices don't justify being treated that way, and actually the price for some things is ridiculously high - $19 for a nail trim and no break for multiple dogs. Sorry, won't be back.
I had 3 dog before and doctor Samuel treated them several times, for different reasons, him and team are very cool and kind and professional, Im very thankful for all he did for my dogs, Most definitely recommend it to anyone who has pets,thank you Dr Samuel
