its been 7 days sence a priorty mail letter was sent out to me from no.charleston SC WHY? MY MOTHER sent me a box 12x12 in size it took two days just another failing federial agency more the less
I also called and spoke to a gentleman, perhaps Joseph Christa, to get an appointment for this whole process.He was patient, efficiently explained the process to me and followed it up with an email. Both of them are true professionals and I cannot thank the staff enough.
Love my post office!! Such sweet people work here! We ship alot of packages for our busniess and every time we go to this post office they take such good care of our items!
PS You definitely need an appointment to get your passport in this office, but the good news is always sooner than any other post office.
This place stays busy! But despite all of the work, the staff keep their wits, friendliness about them and provide great service every time I've needed their services!
I would like to express how amazing was my experience getting my passport in the Angier's post office. I recently got my citizenship and I tried to get my passport asap because my mom passed away in Mexico. I live in Cary and it was hard to get a fast appointment so a good friend of mine suggested me to try in Angier so I did and it took me no time to get an appt. The lady at the passports was so sweet and efficient it made the process so simple and fast. She even mail me a receipt I forgot to get at the front desk. I was very impressed with the kind, respectful and beautiful way they treat people and business. Thank you so much for your help! it is really hard to find outstanding services in this busy world.
Ms Helen who works here is beyond amazing!!!!!! I am very grateful for her genuine kindness and help with the passport services we needed. I came away feeling that I got far more than I ever paid for. USPS bosses, you have a true gem here, don't you ever let her go.
